The COLGAR FRAL 70C16 CNC is a large-capacity mobile column milling and boring machine engineered for high-precision machining of heavy and oversized components. The 160 mm ISO 50 boring spindle, delivering 55 kW power and speeds up to 1,600 rpm, ensures strong performance for heavy roughing as well as precision finishing operations on high-resistance materials.

The machine is equipped with a COLGAR TRT 1500 rotary table (2,000 x 2,500 mm) with a maximum load capacity of 30 tons, enabling efficient multi-side machining and complex positioning operations. Multiple floor clamping plates provide modular setup configurations for oversized components and flexible production layouts.

A universal vertical head TA 130 (2-axis) expands machining versatility by allowing angular operations without repositioning the workpiece.

The 60-position automatic tool changer supports fully automated machining cycles, while the chip conveyor ensures continuous production efficiency.
