2021 KEESTRACK K4

The Keestrack K4 is a state-of-the-art mobile scalping screener, manufactured in 2021 by the Belgian manufacturer Keestrack, internationally recognised for the reliability and robustness of its screening and crushing plants. This used unit, in excellent condition with only 820 working hours, is an ideal solution for aggregate recycling companies, quarries, demolition sites and material processing plants looking for a high-performance, versatile screener ready for immediate use.

At the heart of the machine is the Caterpillar C4.4 engine, a diesel power unit rated at 98 kW, known for its fuel efficiency and long service life, guaranteeing continuous production even during the most intensive work cycles. Thanks to this power unit, the Keestrack K4 achieves a production capacity of up to 350 tonnes per hour, making it highly competitive for screening natural aggregates, demolition waste, soil, gravel and compost.

The heavy-duty plate feeder, measuring 3,150 x 1,120 mm, ensures a constant and even flow of material to the screening box, which measures 4,200 x 1,500 mm and features two screening decks (upper deck surface area 6.3 m², lower deck surface area 5.4 m²), allowing precise sorting into three distinct grain sizes. The 7 m³ feed hopper enables optimised loading cycles, reducing downtime and increasing the site's hourly output.

The material discharge system is completed by a conveyor belt configuration designed for maximum operational flexibility:

• Front conveyor with a width of 1,200 mm and a discharge height of 3,180 mm, ideal for direct loading onto trucks or large stockpiles;
• Side conveyor for fine product with a width of 900 mm and a discharge height of 3,880 mm;
• Side conveyor for intermediate product with a width of 800 mm and a discharge height of 3,639 mm.

This three-outlet configuration allows coarse, intermediate and fine material to be separated simultaneously, streamlining site logistics and reducing the need for further material handling.

With an operating weight of 26,600 kg, the Keestrack K4 falls into the medium-heavy category of mobile scalping screeners, engineered to ensure structural stability even under the most demanding working conditions, while still offering good mobility thanks to its tracked undercarriage, which makes on-site repositioning easy.

The machine is equipped with a radio remote control and cable pendant, allowing precise and safe operation from a distance, reducing operator exposure to critical working areas and simplifying positioning and transfer manoeuvres.
