2023 GOODWAY GLS-2000 LYS

The 2023 GOODWAY GLS-2000 LYS is a used CNC lathe in excellent condition, equipped with a Fanuc 0i-TF control, Y-axis, sub-spindle and live tooling. It is designed for machine shops, subcontractors and manufacturers producing complex parts in a single setup, cutting setup times and the number of handovers between machines.

The rigid 3,700 kg structure delivers stability and accuracy even on demanding jobs. With a swing over bed of Ø 560 mm and a maximum turning diameter of Ø 310 mm, it handles a wide range of components, with a maximum turning length of 540 mm. Axis travels (X 230 mm, Y 70 mm with ±35 mm, Z 630 mm and B/Z2 axis 600 mm) and rapid traverse rates of up to 24 m/min on X, 10 m/min on Y and 30 m/min on Z and B reduce idle time and increase output per cycle.

The main spindle runs from 750 to 4,500 rpm with 11/15 kW of power, an ASA 2-6 spindle nose and a Ø 65 mm bar capacity, making it ideal for both bar work and chucked parts. The chuck diameter is Ø 560 mm. The sub-spindle reaches 6,000 rpm with 3.7/5.5 kW of power, an ASA A2-5 nose and a 31 mm bar capacity, so parts can be completed on the opposite side without manual intervention, for continuous and more efficient production.

The turret offers 12 live tooling positions, allowing milling, off-axis drilling and complex machining directly on the lathe. The Top Automazioni XSF365 SX bar feeder enables automatic operation for extended periods, while the chip conveyor keeps the work area cleaner and reduces downtime.
