The O.M.F.F / PARPAS RUAP 700 is a high-precision CNC cylindrical grinding machine designed for advanced finishing operations requiring micron-level accuracy and superior surface quality. Built according to PARPAS engineering standards, the RUAP 700 is ideally suited for high-precision industries including automotive, aerospace, spindle manufacturing, hydraulics, tooling, and precision rotating components.

With a 700 mm distance between centers and 185 mm center height, the machine enables versatile machining of shafts, rollers, and cylindrical components with a maximum rotating diameter of Ø 360 mm. The 820 mm table travel, combined with variable feed rates up to 10 m/min, ensures stable and accurate longitudinal grinding operations.

The grinding wheel head provides 500 mm X-axis travel, allowing flexible finishing and facing operations. The grinding spindle reaches speeds up to 2,880 rpm, powered by a 10 HP motor, ensuring efficient grinding performance even on hardened materials.

Equipped with the industry-proven Siemens Sinumerik 840C CNC control, the machine delivers precise motion control, process stability, and advanced programmability suitable for modern production environments.

The configuration supports a left grinding wheel up to 508 x 203 x 76 mm and a right-facing wheel up to 450 x 127 x 50 mm, enabling multi-operation grinding cycles. The ISO 50 workhead spindle taper and Morse 4 tailstock ensure maximum rigidity and machining accuracy.
