2015 KITAMURA HX 500

Kitamura HX 500 CNC horizontal machining center, year 2015, used and kept in excellent overall condition, equipped with an Arumatic MI control system to ensure precision, reliability, and ease of programming throughout every machining phase.

The machining center provides travel of 870 mm on the X-axis, 800 mm on the Y-axis, and 930 mm on the Z-axis, with a 500 x 500 mm worktable and a 2-pallet system, allowing load/unload operations to be carried out in parallel with machining cycles for higher productivity, even in series production. The motorized spindle, fitted with a BT40 tool holder and reaching speeds of up to 20,000 rpm, delivers 15/22 kW of power, providing the flexibility needed for both roughing and finishing operations across a wide range of materials.

The 50-position tool magazine ensures excellent operational autonomy, reducing downtime for tool changes and expanding the machine's capability for complex parts with articulated machining cycles. The machine is further equipped with a continuous rotary table, electronic handwheel, optical scales, and rigid tapping, features that further enhance precision, repeatability, and overall versatility.
