2022 TORNOS DT 26S

TORNOS DT 26S sliding headstock (Swiss-type) lathe, year 2022, in excellent condition. This is a high-precision CNC turning center designed for high-volume production of small components, particularly suited for applications in watchmaking, medical devices, connectors, precision parts, and micro-machining.

The machine is equipped with a Fanuc Series 0i-TF Plus CNC control and can machine bar stock with a maximum turning diameter of Ø 3-26 mm. The main spindle (Z1) reaches rotation speeds of up to 10,000 rpm with 8.5/11 kW of power, while the counter-spindle (X4/Z4), also capable of 10,000 rpm, delivers 1.5/2.2 kW, enabling complete, synchronized machining on both sides of the workpiece without manual repositioning.

The TORNOS DT 26S features 5 controlled axes (X1-Y1-Z1 on the main spindle, X4-Z4 on the counter-spindle) plus 2 C-axes (C1/C4), allowing milling, drilling, and complex turning operations to be performed in a single machine cycle. The tool turret offers 22 tool positions, up to 8 of which can be motorized, providing significant operational flexibility even for complex geometries.

The machine is also fitted with a TORNOS Robobar SBF 326 bar loader for continuous, automatic material feeding, and a chip conveyor, completing a setup designed for automated production and reduced machine downtime.
